  17. If your modem was delivered with 33.6k, then it's a single-board version.

  19. The single-board versions first appeared with the V.FC code.  The 
  20. daughterboard versions were all shipped as either 16.8 HST or DS, Terbo, 
  21. and some of the 14.4 V32bis models.  (Most 14.4 V32bis models predate the 
  22. daughterboard version and require a complete trade-in.)
